It is recommended to use SuperCult® Complete Human Epithelial Cell Medium (cat# CM-1098X) for the culturing of Human Bladder Epithelial Cells.
Primary Human Bladder Epithelial Cells can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, PCR, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, or generating cell derivatives for desired research applications.

Description: HBdSF from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human bladder tissue. HBdSF are cryopreserved at secondary culture (passage one) and are delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HBdSF are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibody to fibronectin. HBdSF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HBdSF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings at the condition provided by Creative Bioarray.

Description: Human Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human bladder tissue. Human Bladder Microvascular Endothelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 2 min and incubated in Creative Bioarray’ Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 3 are detached from flasks and immediately cryopreserved in vails. Each vial contains at least 0.5×10^6 cells per ml. The method we use to isolate endothelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. These cells are pre-coated with PECAM-1 antibody, following the application of magnetic beads pre-coated with secondary antibody.
