Target Tissue Exposure

Through quantitative tissue distribution assays, researchers understand the distribution and quantification of compounds in the whole body. However, a growing number of studies have demonstrated that in drug development process, researchers need a series of histological and high-resolution imaging platform mass spectrometers that can clearly distinguish the biological distribution of compounds and related metabolites at the cellular level.

On this basis, Creative Bioarray has improved the evaluation assay of drug exposure in specific organs. By combining unique unlabeled mass spectrometry and histology techniques, we were able to localize and quantify compound concentrations at the cellular level. Using MALDI-MSI (Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Mass Spectrometry Imaging) or ICP-MS, we can detect and quantify metallic elements, small molecular compounds or bioactive molecules. We have a proprietary software that analyzes this data to predict therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.

Target Tissue Exposure

Improved services include:

  • Assess the drug concentration in the target organs/tissues to obtain the most accurate drug exposure
  • Most accurate tools include targets (cells, receptors, proteins, ligands) and compounds, as well as high-resolution histological images
  • Obtain precise quantification of compounds at the cellular level
  • Imaging mass spectrometry

Creative Bioarray offers many target tissue exposure services using the above technologies. With these experiences, we can improve the success rate of projects during research design. Our clients cover a wide range of therapeutic areas from pharmaceutical to biotech.

As with all of our in vivo services, we ensure to keep contact during studies and will contact you directly with any questions or concerns. If you have any special needs or questions regarding our services, please feel free to contact us to get support from our experienced experts. We look forward to working with you in the future.
