Human Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells-LPS

Description: Human bone marrow stromal cells or mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are derived from bone marrow mononuclear cells. MSCs are isolated from a single donor. MSCs are one of the most investigated cells for therapeutic applications. These cells enable researchers to investigate stem cell properties, regenerative medicine, and tissue engineering. In addition, they may be used for developmental studies.

Description: Human bone marrow plasma is the liquid component of blood. Bone marrow plasma consists of dissolved proteins, glucose, clotting agents, minerals, hormones, and carbon dioxide. It makes up approximately 55% of the whole bone marrow suspension. This whole bone marrow plasma is isolated from a single donor. The plasma is separated out from the whole bone marrow (sent separately) and immediately frozen at -80°C in order to preserve its contents. Whole bone marrow plasma enables researchers to investigate specific components of bone marrow at the molecular level.

Description: Waldenstrom's Macroglobunemia-Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are density separated by Ficoll-Paque to enrich mononuclear cells from the bone marrow. Waldenstrom's Macroglobunemia-Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are available in untreated and relapsed/refractory stages.

Description: Bone Marrow is obtained from adult Myelodysplastic Syndrome patients. Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are isolated by diluting the bone marrow with phosphate-buffered saline and using gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation,the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed further to isolate cell subpopulations. Myelodysplastic Syndrome-Mononuclear Cells are available in the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.

Description: Multiple Myeloma-Bone Marrow Plasma is obtained by centrifuging the Multiple Myeloma-bone marrow. The plasma has a diminished number of cells and platelets. Multiple Myeloma-Bone Marrow plasma is available in both the newly diagnosed and relapsed/refractory stages.
