Blood plasma is a combination of: Water. Proteins (albumin, fibrinogen, globulin). Liquefied salts and minerals that carry an electric charge (electrolytes). Immunoglobulins (components that help fight infection).

Bone Marrow-Mononuclear Cells are isolated by diluting the bone marrow with phosphate-buffered saline and using gradient separation techniques.
