CD34+ cells are isolated using positive immunomagnetic cell separation from the bone marrow.
CD34+ cells have a limited lifespan in culture and should only be thawed immediately prior to their intended use. Creative Bioarray does not recommend maintaining CD34+ cells in culture in the absence of application-specific growth factors.
Immune cells, human and animal, are suspended unless otherwise stated.

Description: Human bone marrow stromal cells or mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are derived from bone marrow mononuclear cells. MSCs are isolated from a single donor. MSCs are one of the most investigated cells for therapeutic applications. These cells enable researchers to investigate stem cell properties, regenerative medicine, and tissue engineering. In addition, they may be used for developmental studies.

Description: Human bone marrow plasma is the liquid component of blood. Bone marrow plasma consists of dissolved proteins, glucose, clotting agents, minerals, hormones, and carbon dioxide. It makes up approximately 55% of the whole bone marrow suspension. This whole bone marrow plasma is isolated from a single donor. The plasma is separated out from the whole bone marrow (sent separately) and immediately frozen at -80°C in order to preserve its contents. Whole bone marrow plasma enables researchers to investigate specific components of bone marrow at the molecular level.
