Description
RFP Expressing Human Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells (RFP-HRMVECs) are Zeocin-selected from Human Retinal Microvascular Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing RFP. RFP-HRMVECs are cryopreserved in passage 4 and guaranteed for at least 15 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
