Description
RFP Expressing Human Dopaminergic Neurons (RFP-HDNs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Dopaminergic Neurons puromycin infected with lentivirus expressing RFP. RFP-HDNs are cryopreserved in passage 2 and guaranteed for 3 passages under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of tyrosine hydroxylase. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
