Description
RFP Expressing Human Astrocytes (RFP-HAs) provided by Creative Bioarray are zeocin-selected from human astrocytes with lentivirus expressing RFP. RFP-HAs are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 8 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of GFAP. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
