Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C.
Some of the larger cell clusters can be removed by cell sieving, or you can try the method: collect the cell suspension into a 15 ml centrifuge tube, let it stand for about 20 min, and carefully take the upper cell supernatant and culture it (this method can only remove some of the larger cell clusters).
