Description
Porcine Colonic Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from colonic tissue of Porcine. Porcine Colonic Smooth Muscle Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution and incubated in Creative Bioarray Complete Growth Medium. The cells are shipped at passage 2. Each vial contains at least 0.5x10^6 cells. The cells are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to α-smooth muscle actin. Porcine Colonic Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. Cells are guaranteed to further expand for 3 passages following the instructions provided by Creative Bioarray Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
