Master the best time for cell passaging, don't pass the cells after they grow old; master the digestion time to prevent over-digestion from producing cell debris; reduce the number of freeze-thawing of serum and other reagents; adjust the PH of the culture medium to the best; strictly control the water quality and the cleanliness of the utensils.
