Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C.
Transport time of 1-2 h has almost no effect on cell growth, however, when transport time reaches 4 h cell growth viability starts to decrease by 6 h. It is no longer suitable for isolation and culture as primary cells. Therefore, when isolating primary fibroblasts, the tissues should be transported back to the laboratory for culture as soon as possible after taking, so that the success rate can be improved.
