What is the best way to preserve serum?

It is recommended that serum be stored at -5 °C to -2O °C. However, if stored at 4 °C, do not exceed one month. However, if stored at 4 °C, do not store for more than one month. If you are unable to use a vial at one time, it is recommended that you aseptically dispense the serum into an appropriately sterilized container and return it to refrigeration.
