Description

Human Placental Microvascular Pericytes (HPMPs) are isolated from normal human placental tissue. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. Each vial contains more than 0.5*10^6 viable cells after thawing. The cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HPMPs are guaranteed for at least 12 population doublings under the conditions provided by Creative Bioarray. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

GFP Expressing Human Placental Microvascular Pericytes (GFP-HPlMVPCs)

Description: GFP Expressing Human Placental Microvascular Pericytes (GFP-HPlMVPCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from primary human placental microvascular pericytes infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-HPlMVPCs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of Desmin and α-Actinin. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 8 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
