Description
GFP Expressing Human Placental Microvascular Pericytes (GFP-HPlMVPCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from primary human placental microvascular pericytes infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-HPlMVPCs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of Desmin and α-Actinin. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 8 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
