Description
RFP-Human Lung Airway Smooth Muscle Cells (RFP-HLAWSMCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are zeocin-selected from primary human lung airway smooth muscle cells infected with lentivirus expressing RFP. RFP-HLAWSMCs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of α-SMA. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 8 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
