Description
Human Pulmonary Artery Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human pulmonary artery tissue. Human pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 or 3 and delivered frozen. Each vial contains 5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. Human pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and can be expanded for 2-3 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.

Storage and Shipping
