Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C.
It is normal for some suspension cells to grow in clusters. Most suspension cells are likely to grow in clusters when the cell density is very high, and the clustered cells will easily die and evolve into flocs, which will spill over to the surrounding suspension cells, so it is necessary to control the cell density when culturing suspension cells. If there are cell clusters, you can remove some of the larger cell clusters through the cell sieve, or you can try the following method: collect the cell suspension into a 15 ml centrifuge tube, let it stand for about 20 min, and then carefully take the upper layer of the cell supernatant for culture (this method can only remove some of the larger cell clusters).
