Description
Cynomolgus Monkey Pulmonary Vein Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the pulmonary vein tissue of Cynomolgus Monkey. The cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution and incubated in Complete Growth Medium. The cells are shipped at passage 2. Each vial contains at least 0.5x10^6 cells. The cells are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to α-smooth muscle actin. Cynomolgus Monkey Pulmonary Vein Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. Cells are guaranteed to further expand for 2 passages following the instructions provided by Creative Bioarray. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
