Description
This primary chronic obstructive pulmonary disease human lung epithelial cell isolate was prepared from human COPD airway bronchi. Cells were isolated by enzymatic digestion and cultured in optimal conditions for epithelial growth. The cell population was analysed by fluorescence-activated flow cytometry.
