Description: Bioarray offers an assortment of various human and non-human hepatic derived cells. These include Hepatocytes, Total Liver Cell Population (TLC), Stellates, Progenitors and Intra-hepatic biliary epithelial cells. We offer these as cryopreserved cells for convenience. Cryopreserved cells are suitable for a variety of assays including induction, toxicity, drug metabolism and systems biology. Both adherent and suspension cells are available. Custom configurations are available upon request.
Description: Characterization: 1. Cell Activity;
- Recovery Viability ≥ 80%.
2. Cell Purity;
- GFAP-positive cells ≥ 70%.
- β-tubulin III- or doublecortin- (Dcx-) positive cells ≤ 10%.
- GalC-positive cells ≤ 10%.
Description: Characterization: 1. Cell Activity;
- Recovery Viability ≥ 50%.
- After approximately 2 days in culture, the cells will form clear dendrites and axons.
- Cells can survive in culture for as long as 13-16 days.
2. Cell Purity;
- MAP2-positive cells ≥ 70%.
- β-tubulin III-positive cells ≥ 70%.
