Description: HPrF from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human prostate tissue. HPrF are cryopreserved at primary culture and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HPrF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescent method with antibody to fibronectin. HPrF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HPrF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings at the condition provided by Creative Bioarray.
Description: Human Prostate Smooth Muscle Cells (HPSMCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are isolated from the normal human prostate tissue. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. Each vial contains more than 0.5*10^6 viable cells after thawing. The cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HPSMCs are guaranteed for at least 12 population doublings under the conditions provided by Creative Bioarray. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
Description: Human Prostate Microvascular Endothelial Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human prostate tissue. Human Prostate Microvascular Endothelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 2 min and incubated in Creative Bioarray’ Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 3 are detached from flasks and immediately cryopreserved in vails. Each vial contains at least 0.5×10^6 cells per ml. The method we use to isolate endothelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. These cells are pre-coated with PECAM-1 antibody, following the application of magnetic beads pre-coated with secondary antibody.
Description: Primary Human Prostate Epithelial Cells were initiated by elutriation of dispase dissociated normal prostate tissue.
These cells were originated using Complete Serum-Free Medium Kit With SuperFuel™, are available at <12 Cumulative Population Doublings (CPD) in vitro [Passage 3] and were cryopreserved in aliquots of ~1.5 X 10^6 cells. This vial will initiate a Passage 4 cell culture in a 75cm2 flask.

Human Prostate Carcinoma Epithelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Creative Bioarray’s Culture Complete Growth Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 3 are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1x106 cells per ml. Cells can be expanded for 3-7 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
