Description
Mouse Primary Bladder Stromal Fibroblasts are isolated from normal mouse urinary bladder tissue. The cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to alkaline phosphatase. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.
