Description
Myeloid Dendritic Cells are Antigen Presenting Cells (APCs) that process foreign antigens and present them to T cells in order to induce an immune response. The CD1c+ (BDCA-1+) Myeloid Dendritic Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from peripheral blood of healthy donors. After isolation, the cells are immediately cryopreserved. The cells are characterized by flow cytometry and have a purity of >90%.

Storage and Shipping
