Description
Human CD34+ umbilical cord blood cells are isolated from umbilical cord blood and purified using magnetic cell separation. Human CD34+ umbilical cord blood cells are from a single donor and are >90% pure populations as confirmed by FACS analysis. These cells are regularly used to reconstitute the hematopoietic system in infants and small children with malignancies. These cells also enable researchers to produce various cell types using standard published protocols. Additionally, CD34+ umbilical cord blood cells may be used for various studies on hematopoiesis, differentiation, angiogenesis, colony formation, and surface marker expression. Presently, they are widely investigated for various therapeutic applications.
