Is it possible to use a different medium than the original?

No. Each cell line has its own specific cell culture medium that it has adapted to. Each cell line has a specific cell culture medium that it has adapted to. If we suddenly use a culture medium that is different from the original culture conditions provided, most of the cells will not be able to adapt to it immediately, which may result in a poor state of the cells, and ultimately, the cells will not be able to survive.
