Trypsin digestion time is related to the concentration of trypsin, whether it contains EDTA or not, the storage time of trypsin, the storage temperature of trypsin, whether it is frozen or thawed repeatedly, the volume of trypsin added for digestion, the digestion temperature and the density of cells. Digestion for newly purchased cells, we suggest customers to use low concentration of trypsin to find out the digestion time carefully, you can observe whether the cells become rounded under the microscope every 1 minute, record the optimal digestion time, and then refer to the previous record to control the time for the next operation.

Description: Human Saphenous Vein Endothelial Cells (HSVECs) provided by Creative Biorray are isolated from normal Saphenous Vein. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. Each vial contains more than 0.5*10^6 viable cells after thawing. The cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HSVECs are guaranteed for at least 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Creative Bioarray. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
