Description
Mature B cells mainly reside in lymph node nodules in the superficial layer of the lymph node cortex and in the red and white pulp of the spleen. B cells can differentiate into plasma cells under antigen stimulation, and plasma cells can synthesize and secrete antibodies (immunoglobulins), which mainly perform humoral immunity of the body.
Rabbit B lymphocytes from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit peripheral blood. The method we use to isolate rabbit B lymphocytes was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit B lymphocytes are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD19.
