Description
Human hypertension pulmonary vein fibroblasts are isolated from the carotid artery of human donor that has been diagnosed with hypertension. Human Hypertension Pulmonary Vein Fibroblasts are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Creative Bioarray's Culture complete growth medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 1 are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 0.5x10^6 cells per ml.

What if there are no cells when isolating cells in primary culture?

Firstly, we should check whether the isolation method is correct, and it is better to perform microscopic examination for each step in the middle, so that we can find out which step loses cells, and secondly, we should consider whether the later centrifugation step loses cells.
