Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C.
Master the best time for cell passaging, don't pass the cells after they grow old. Master the digestion time to prevent excessive digestion to produce cell debris. Reduce the number of freeze-thawing of serum and other reagents. Adjust the PH of the culture medium to the best, and strictly control the water quality and the cleanliness of the utensils.
