Description
Rat meninx is isolated surgically from the outer membrane of the rat brain. Next, the meninx is enzymatically segregated into single cell suspension and cultivated by a primary culture process before harvest and cryopreservation. The rat meningeal cells are positive for fibronectin, negative for: GFAP, smooth muscle actin and thylol.
