Description
Spermatogonia are rounded cells that lie in contact with the basement membrane of the seminiferous tubules. They are the stem cells of the system, dividing to maintain their own numbers and to produce the cells that embark on the process of development into spermatozoa.
Rat Spermatogonia Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rat testicular tissue. The method we use to isolate Rat Spermatogonia Cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The Rat Spermatogonia Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to receptor tyrosine kinase (c-Kit). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
