Rat Renal Collecting Duct Epithelial Cells (rRCDECs) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the renal tissue of rats. The method we use to isolate renal collecting duct epthelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. rRCDECs from Creative Bioarray are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to cytokeratin-18 (CK-18). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Description: Bioarray offers an assortment of various human and non-human hepatic derived cells. These include Hepatocytes, Total Liver Cell Population (TLC), Stellates, Progenitors and Intra-hepatic biliary epithelial cells. We offer these as cryopreserved cells for convenience. Cryopreserved cells are suitable for a variety of assays including induction, toxicity, drug metabolism and systems biology. Both adherent and suspension cells are available. Custom configurations are available upon request.
