Description
Lung Microvascular Pericytes are distributed in the microvasculature of lung tissue and are critical for regulating vascular formation, stability, and function. Pericytes are typically characterized by a prominent nucleus with less surrounding cytoplasm.
Rat Lung Microvascular Pericytes (RLMPs) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the lung tissue of Rat. The method we use to isolate rat lung microvascular pericytes was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. RLMPs from Creative Bioarray are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to PDGFR-β. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
