Description
The adrenal medulla is the inner part of adrenal gland. The adrenal medulla makes chemicals such as epinephrine (adrenaline) and norepinephrine (noradrenaline) which are involved in sending nerve signals.
Rat Adrenal Medullary Cells (rAMCs) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rat adrenal tissue. The method we use to isolate rAMCs was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rAMCs are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to neuron specific enolase (NSE). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
