Description
The bladder is a urine storage organ. It is a sac-shaped structure located in the pelvis with a rear opening that communicates with the urethra. At the junction of the bladder and urethra there is a sphincter that controls the excretion of urine. Bladder stromal fibroblasts play a very important role as supporting cells of bladder epithelial cells.
Rabbit bladder stromal fibroblasts from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit bladder tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit bladder stromal fibroblasts was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit bladder stromal fibroblasts are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vimentin. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
