Description
Mitochondria GFP Tag Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (Mitochondria-GFP-HUVECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP-Tagged Cytochrome C oxidase VIII. Mitochondria-GFP-HUVECs are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 18 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
