Description
GFP Expressing Human Umbilical Artery Endothelial Cells (GFP-HUAECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Umbilical Artery Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-HUAECs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 15 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
