Description
GFP Aequorin Expressing Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (GFP-AEQ-HUVECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing chimera GFP-Aequorin. GFP-AEQ-HUVECs are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 10 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. Each vial contains at least 0.5 million cells. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
