Description
Microvascular endothelial cell damage has been recognized as the pathological basis for the development of many diseases and syndromes such as trauma, infection, shock, tumors, and vascular diseases. Damage to microvascular endothelial cells will destroy their normal biological functions and cause a variety of diseases. Microvascular endothelial cell junctions are closely related to vascular permeability. Microvascular endothelial cells can secrete prostacyclin, nitric oxide, endothelial-derived hyperpolarizing factor and endothelin to maintain the normal state of blood vessels.
Rabbit subcutaneous microvascular endothelial cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit skin tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit subcutaneous microvascular endothelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit subcutaneous microvascular endothelial cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to von Willebrand factor (vWF). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
