Rabbit prostate basal cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit prostate tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit prostate basal cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit prostate basal cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to myoepithelial cell marker (p63). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Rabbits Aortic Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based solution for 0.5 hour and incubated in Creative Bioarray's Cell Culture Medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
