Description
The femoral head is the most proximal portion of the femur and is supported by the femoral neck. The damage and dysfunction of bone microvascular endothelial cells of the femoral head can cause poor blood supply to the femoral head, and leads to the final bone necrosis in the pathogenesis of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.
Rabbit femoral head microvascular endothelial cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit femoral head arterial tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit femoral head microvascular endothelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit femoral head microvascular endothelial cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to von Willebrand factor (vWF). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
