Description
Damaged microvascular endothelial cells are involved in the occurrence of various diseases including trauma, infection, shock, tumor, and vascular disease. Microvascular endothelial cell junctions are closely related to vascular permeability. Microvascular endothelial cells synthesize and secrete substances such as prostacyclin, nitric oxide, endothelial-derived hyperpolarizing factor and endothelin to maintain the normal state of blood vessels.
Rabbit adipose microvascular endothelial cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit adipose tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit adipose microvascular endothelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit adipose microvascular endothelial cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to von Willebrand factor (vWF). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
