Description
Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) refers to stromal cells with stem cell properties obtained after the removal of mature adipocytes from adipose tissue. Fresh SVF was considered to have superiority compared with cultured SVF during the process of neovascularization. In addition to forming a mature vascular network, SVF may also promote healing.
Mouse adipose vascular stromal cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the mouse adipose tissue. The method we use to isolate mouse adipose vascular stromal cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The mouse adipose vascular stromal cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD34 or CD44. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
