Description
GFP Expressing Human Internal Mammary Artery Endothelial Cells (GFP-HIMAECs) are puromycin-selected from Human Internal Mammary Artery Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-HIMAECs are cryopreserved in passage 4 and guaranteed for at least 15 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
