The frozen tubes are thawed by shaking in a 37℃ water bath, add to a centrifuge tube containing 4-6 ml of complete medium and mixed well; centrifuged at 1000rpm for 3-5min, the supernatant is discarded and the cells are resuspended with complete medium. The cell suspension is then added to a culture flask containing 6-8 ml of complete medium and incubat overnight. When the cell density reaches 80%-90%, the cells can be cultured for passaging.
