Immortalized Human Mammary Epithelial Cells-RFP (MCF-12A)

Description: Microglia cells are resident macrophages of the brain and spinal cord and they act as the first and the main form of active immune defense in the nervous system. The Immortalized Human Microglia - SV40 cell line is derived from Primary Human Microglia Cells (>99% purity) and have maintained microglial marker TREM2 as demonstrated by RT-PCR. These cells are suitable for studies of human microglia in health and disease.

Description: Immortalized Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells-hTERT were developed from human tissues transduced with a lentiviral expression vector containing the hTERT gene. The cell line was continuously cultured for more than 20 passages without showing signs of growth retardation or replicative senescence. The Immortalized Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells are useful for setting up in vitro bioassays for studying angiogenesis in e.g. wound healing or metastasis as well as bioassays for testing the angiogenic properties of novel drugs. Additionally, the cell line is the perfect starting material for genetic engineering to create important disease models.
