Description
Granulocytes are a category of white blood cells characterized by the presence of granules in their cytoplasm. Use SuperBeads® Human Pan-Granulocyte Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified granulocytes directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human granulocytes are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
