Description
Human natural killer cells are a type of cytotoxic lymphocyte critical to the innate immune system. The role NK cells play is analogous to that of cytotoxic T cells in the adaptive immune response. Use SuperBeads® Human NK Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified Human NK cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human NK Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
