Description

A naïve B cells is a B cell that has not been exposed to an antigen. Once exposed to an antigen, the naïve B cell either become a memory B cell or a plasma cell that secretes antibodies specific to the antigen that was originally bound. Use SuperBeads® Human Naïve B Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified Naïve B Cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Naïve B Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
